Shipping policy

We currently ship within Mumbai, Thane City and Airoli from our Central Kitchen in Mulund West. Please check delivery location pincode on checkout page for delivery service & fees to your exact location.

Alternatively, Pick up option is also available from our central kitchen in Mulund West.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout ranging from Rs.150 to Rs.350 depending on delivery Pincode for a minimum order of Rs. 750.

Our standard delivery timeline is between 12h to 22h in 3 slots 12h-15h, 15h-18h & 20h-22h.

We cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered, all deliveries will be made within the chosen time range.

Customer is responsible to ensure there is someone available (& aware) to receive the order at the delivery address during the chosen delivery slot.

Delivery timelines may be affected in some cases due to traffic conditions (peak hour or weather induced) and hence Philomene Maison du Patisserie reserves the right to delay deliveries in such cases.

For orders picked up from our central kitchen, by any mode, including a third-party courier, we do not take any liability for the product once it has left our premises.
