About Us
Our Journey
Philomène is an ode to our mother.
She baked for us on every occasion inspiring us from a very early age. We want to honour her memory by associating her name with something sweet as she touched everyone in her orbit with immense kindness & generosity.
Founded in 2020 during peak covid from home, our growth from a humble home set-up to a centralized professional kitchen has been testing; but our team's dedication & customer satisfaction is what keeps us going.
Since then some of our innovations have earned us media features such as our Thandai Macarons, Modak Entremet, Tiramisu, Christmas & Easter specials.
We currently operate as an online patisserie delivering across Mumbai, Thane city & Airoli.

Steffi Dsouza
Steffi briefly dabbled with marketing a few years prior embarking on the fine culinary arts journey.
As a child she shadowed her mother with mixing cake ingredients. Baking on weekends & birthdays was a side hobby, so when her fulltime job wasn't fulfilling anymore she decided to pursue her calling.
Trained by the finest from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris earning her Diplome de Patisserie in 2019, she went on to work at Le Royal Monceau Paris with Pierre Herme's team.
She also briefly volunteered at Masimmo Bottura's Refetterio Paris during Covid 19 pandemic.
But as covid raged on and forced extended confinements in Paris with no clear timelines on return to work for the F&B industry at large, she chose to return home & get a headstart on her ultimate dream which was to open a Patisserie in Mumbai.
