Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns.
Recommended storage & consumption instructions are listed for every product on our website. We are not liable for the manner in which the product is stored or the manner in which the product reacts after the drop off has been made.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Complaints, please get in touch with us with photographic evidence of your order within 30mins of delivery.
We shall not take any responsibility especially for following reasons
- Delayed deliveries due to weather or other “Acts of God”
- Incorrect addresses provided- Please ensure to include specifics such as apartment or floor numbers, as applicable.
- Delivered to specified address, yet package wasn’t received.

Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment - Please notify recipient of the nature of perishables
- Items that have been discarded or consumed.
- Items picked up from our Central Kitchen
Incorrect orders
In the event of incorrect order delivery i.e. different from the one you have ordered (different flavor or product), or incomplete (if something is missed out), please notify us immediately for investigation by sending an email with photographic evidence and your order number to orders@philomene.in
If found to be the case, we will either the ship replacement product or issue a credit note subject to our sole discretion. No monetary refund will be provided.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please get in touch with our team to get a credit note with a one month redemption time frame from the date of the original order, amounting to the value of the order or item that was cancelled.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
